Bada to eat, garang is muscle, badagarang eat the muscular one. The kangaroo is called Buru (older male). If a badagarang was to reach the status of buru he would have survived a long life, with all respects being paid accordingly. There are other names also for the female kangaroo, she is known as a badagarung.
